The Limits to Water

Water!! It’s amazing!! It keeps us alive and healthy. Although you might think everyone has water that is not true. Sadly, more than 844 million people are living without access to safe water. Even though we have water, that doesn’t mean everyone else does.

The water crisis affects woman and girls the most. Do you know why? They are most affected because they spend up to six hours collecting water. This is taking away from then caring for there family, work, and school. If the women didn’t do this, their families wouldn’t have water and most likely die. Women are critical to the water crisis.

The water crisis is not the only worry out there. There are lots of problems like shortage of food, or terrorism. I know that you think you can’t help with any of those, but you can! The food drive at your school or in your community helps people with a shortage of food. There are a lot of ways you can help.

This is a story about a golden retriever that was attacked in Virginia this morning. A man had asked its owner to pet it then he took a knife out of his bag and tried to stab the dog.
